Repair and expansion of a piece of jewelry
1) REPAIR YOUR JEWELRY
Is your chain broken? Has a pendant come loose? Is the clasp broken? No problem. We're happy to help and offer our exchange and repair service.
We will discuss a solution with you individually and tell you the costs for our service that will be incurred, z.B. always the shipping costs (10€ for return and new shipment) and depending on the case there are costs for the repair or the costs for the materials to be replaced (z.B. a new chain or pendant) or costs for goldsmith work.
In general, we that we offer a repair at our expense within 4 weeks of receiving a piece of jewelry.
And this is how it works
Step 1: Send us a message via our CONTACT FORM or directly a Email to hello@melaniemirabel.com, Please attach photos of the damaged piece of jewelry to your email and send us all the information. We'd be happy to discuss your issue in advance.
Step 2: Then you send us your jewel to the following returns Address:
1) Please the package with shipment number send it so it can be tracked, should be something.
2) Please include your order number + full name (or your order receipt) in the package.

2.1 Would you like to add another pendant or charm to your jewelry?

2.2. You want Da family chain to add a trailer or Make changes?
You are welcome to send us your necklace at any time, and we will make the changes according to your wishes for a small service fee. The fee ranges from €5-20, depending on the effort involved. In addition, there is the cost of the new engraved pendant – as described above in 2.1, you can purchase pendants individually; the costs can be viewed in the link.
2.3 Would you like to have your piece of jewelry or a pendant engraved at a later date?
We offer our engraving service at any time. Simply send your piece of jewelry to our studio in Berlin, and we'll discuss the engravings you'd like added with you via email or phone.
The fees for subsequent engravings are as follows:
11mm engraving plate: 5 Euro
16mm engraving plate: 10 Euro
20mm engraving plate: 15 Euro
Individual designs & images such as z.b. Hand/Foot/Fingerprints: 35 euros
Add only the shipping costs of 5 euros for the new shipment from our studio in Berlin to you.
