1) OUR PRODUCTION TIME

1.1. JEWELRY

Your jewelry will be lovingly handcrafted and engraved in our goldsmith's workshop and studio in Berlin – only after we receive your order, and thus completely tailored to your wishes. This takes time:

Our production time until the shipping day is currently about 5-7 Working days.

However, different times apply to the following jewelry:

Jewelry without engraving will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Jewelry with individual designs approx. 7-9 working days
Jewellery in 585 and 750 gold has a Production takes approximately 10-14 business days, as this piece is handcrafted. We'll always send you a personalized update with more detailed information about your order.

IS YOUR ORDER URGENT?

In every article you will find the option "EXPRESS DELIVERY". See image below. Here you can specify your desired delivery date, and we will move your order forward and produce your jewelry with priority. Depending on the delivery date, we will then ship with EXPRESS. You will, of course, receive an update and shipment details from us.

1.1. Baptismal candles

Please note that your personalized baptism and communion candle will only be made after your order has been received. They are individually made for you. The candles are not pre-produced and stored in a warehouse.

Therefore, please allow a window of 10 business days before the baptism or communion for production and shipping. Please contact us if you are particularly urgent.

IS YOUR ORDER URGENT?

If your order is very urgent, we offer you the option "PRIORITY PRODUCTIONThis option appears as a selection field in every product before you add it to your shopping cart. In this case, our team will prioritize your order and prepare it for dispatch within 24-48 hours. All real gold creations in 585 gold and 750 gold are excluded from this service.

The service costs 15 euros.

2) YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We ship your jewelry via DHL Parcel Service. Shipping within Germany typically takes approximately 2-4 business days.

GERMANY: 5 euros

EUROPE (Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden): 10 euros

NON EU COUNTRIES (Switzerland, Luxembourg): 15 Euro (shipping time approx. 3-5 working days)
