1) RETURN A JEWEL

1. Jewelry with Personalization:

An item that we personalize and engrave according to your wishes cannot be returned according to the generally applicable terms and conditions. however Because customer satisfaction and personal customer service are very important to us, we are happy to offer customer-friendly solutions and goodwill suggestions.

Write to us if you are dissatisfied or would like to make changes immediately a message to hello@melaniemirabel.comto discuss your complaint or cancellation request directly and personally with us.

2. Jewelry without Personalization:

Items without engravings or which have not been individually custom-made to customer specifications within 5 days of receipt be exchanged or returned. In this case, the return will be at your expense. You will receive instructions on how to return and refund the item via email. Please contact us immediately by email in this case!

2) REMEDY OF DEFECTS

In the case of defects caused by us (z.b. an engraving error, scratches on a pendant) we provide a warranty at our discretion through improvement, repair or replacement.

The right to remedy defects applies if within The defect must be reported to us via email within 3 working days of receipt of the piece of jewelry. Please review and check Check your jewelry for any errors or defects immediately upon receipt.

If the defect cannot be remedied, you can, at your discretion, demand a reduction in price or withdraw from the contract. Please note that the defect is deemed to have failed after a second unsuccessful attempt, unless the nature of the goods, the defect, or other circumstances indicate otherwise.
